Job summary

Raytheon in El Segundo seeks a Finance Manager to lead the International Development Portfolio within the RFS USAF Development SSBU, overseeing 3–4 analysts and coordinating with program leadership.

The role requires strong Earned Value, forecasting, and contract-management skills, with a focus on timely financial reporting, risk assessment, and process improvement to support the APG-82 radar development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years, or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years.
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, APEX, AO) or similar processes.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
• US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead period-closing activities and coordinate weekly/monthly cadence across portfolio for inputs, reviews, and on-time submittal of deliverables to FP&A.
• Experience in externally reported EVM programs (IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS clauses, DID formats, etc).
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to communicate findings.
• Support accurate and timely analysis of financial performance, key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash), cost elements, and identify issues.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvement and FP&A best practices across RFS Development.
• Provide support to RFS Development Balance Sheet, Overhead, and Investment activities including Capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs and ARs.
