Raytheon in Massachusetts is seeking a Finance Business Manager for the Ground Based Surveillance (GBS) program. You will partner with program leadership to manage earned value, cost, and schedule performance, and provide timely financial insights.

In this hybrid role, you will interact with the Program Manager, IPT leads, and functional teams to drive accurate baselines, EACs, and resource planning while upholding company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders
• Be a trusted business partner with all internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen
• Analyze key financial data that will enable sound program decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning
• Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies
• Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing the most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources.
• Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and procedures and ethical standards
