World Wide Technology is seeking a recruiting-focused professional to source and deliver top early talent. You will partner with hiring managers and university stakeholders to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates across departments.

The role involves posting jobs, screening and organizing applications, coordinating interviews, and building pipelines via social media, job boards, and referrals. A proactive, organized communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Recruiting.
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates preferred.
• Must be passionate about engaging and recruiting early career talent.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with ATS and VMS applications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including on-site and internet recruiting and referrals.
• Recruit for core business areas across multiple departments.
• Post jobs online and screen, organize, and track applications in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers as needed.
• Understand company policies and benefits and pre-qualify candidates.
• Post jobs on external boards, social media, and universities.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and networks.
