Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Recruiter to focus on sourcing and delivering top talent across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers to identify needs and recruit highly qualified candidates.

You will build networks via social media, job boards, and referrals, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage screenings and interview coordination. A strong background in recruiting and communications is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/HR.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site and internet recruiting.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding.
• Recruit for WWT’s core business areas across departments.
• Post jobs online, screen, organize, and track applications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Understand policies and benefits for candidates.
• Review and pre-qualify potential candidates.
• Post jobs on external boards and social networks.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and networks.
• Establish relationships with active and passive candidates for openings.
• Communicate with management to determine staffing needs.
• Complete miscellaneous projects as needed.
