World Wide Technology is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to source and deliver top talent for the U.S. based Sales organization, focusing on AI, consulting and engineering teams.

Partner with hiring managers to identify, source and recruit highly qualified candidates for specialized roles. The role requires building pipelines through social media, job boards, professional associations and employee referrals, while aligning with company policies and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in technical/sales recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical/consulting roles for enterprise clients or complex environments.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate selection experience.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting principles and staffing procedures.
• Ability to engage with hiring managers and drive recruiting initiatives.
• Excellent organization, follow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ATS and VMS systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting for the US sales organization, including internet sourcing of passive candidates.
• Advise managers on recruitment processes and initiatives.
• Own recruiting activities for a specific business area.
• Recruit for AI technical sales teams across the US and Canada.
• Screen, organize and track applications in the ATS.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Understand company policies and benefits.
• Review and pre-qualify candidates.
• Develop new sourcing ideas and methods for innovative strategies.
• Build passive candidate pipelines through networking and research.
• Develop a network of business and candidate contacts.
• Maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
• Communicate effectively with executive management and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
