Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Recruiter focused on sourcing and delivering top talent in New York. You will partner with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates across multiple departments, building networks through social media, job boards, agencies, and referrals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to develop passive candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting efforts including on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, agency partnerships and employee referrals.
• Advise managers on recruitment processes and initiatives.
• Own recruiting activity for specific business areas.
• Recruit for sales, management, engineering, data center, PM, operations, supply chain and other roles.
• Post jobs, screen, and track applications in the applicant tracking system.
