Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a recruiter focused on sourcing and delivering top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates across multiple departments, building networks through social media, job boards, agencies, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field required. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruiting
• Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis
• Experience in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing

Responsibilities

• Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, including on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
• Coordinates and conducts new hire onboarding.
• Recruits for WWT’s core business areas including sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within the company’s applicant tracking tool.
• Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
• Understands company policies and benefits.
• Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
• Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
• Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Develops a network of business and candidate contacts
• Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Effectively communicates with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs
