World Wide Technology is seeking a recruiter focused on sourcing and delivering top early talent. You will partner with hiring managers and university stakeholders to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments.

Builds networks through social media, job boards, professional associations, and employee referrals. You will manage applications in our ATS, coordinate interviews, and learn our policies and benefits while developing passive candidate pipelines

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Recruiting
• Relevant industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred
• Must be passionate about engaging and recruiting early career talent.
• Experience in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

Aufgaben

• Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee/ manager referrals.
• Recruiting for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s ADP applicant tracking tool.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, when necessary.
• Understand company’s policies and benefits.
• Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
• Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
• Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Develop a network of business and candidate contacts
• Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Effectively communicate with TA Team members, hiring managers, and other internal staff to meet staffing needs
• Miscellaneous projects as needed.
