Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a recruiting professional focused on sourcing and delivering top early talent. You will partner with hiring managers and university stakeholders to identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates across departments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Recruiting.
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, including on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee/ manager referrals.
• Recruiting for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s ADP applicant tracking tool.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers , when necessary.
• Understand company’s policies and benefits.
• Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
• Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
• Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Develop a network of business and candidate contacts
• Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Effectively communicate with TA Team members, hiring managers, and other internal staff to meet staffing needs
• Miscellaneous projects as needed.
