World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a recruiter focused on sourcing and delivering top talent across multiple business areas. You will partner with hiring managers to identify and recruit highly qualified candidates using social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, engaging with internal stakeholders, and delivering timely staffing solutions to support rapid growth and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Recruiting.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience engaging with hiring managers regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with company recruiting efforts including on-site and internet recruitment.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding.
• Recruit for multiple core business areas across the company.
• Post jobs online and screen, organize, and track applications in ATS.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through networking and outreach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.
