Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced recruiting organization in Arlington, VA. This onsite role supports intern program onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, helping shape engagement programs and drive operational excellence.

The position requires 1+ year of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates should be willing to start early to accommodate multiple time zones and maintain strong

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, administration, logistics, HR, or an equivalent field.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree.
Willingness to work across multiple time zones, which may require starting the workday at 7:00 AM local time on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture and accelerate individual development.
Support insights for regular business mechanisms, including QBRs and lesson learned documents.
Manage email-to-case inbox inquiries.
Support live office hours, workshops, and events.
Assist with customer communications.
Monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives.
Perform other projects or tasks as assigned to support team deliverables.
