Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Talent Acquisition - Partner to support high-volume entry-level hiring across multiple client teams in a hybrid environment, including Pensacola, FL. The Recruiter I will engage and screen candidates, performing routine tasks under supervision to help team success.

You will perform full-cycle recruiting for entry-level roles, develop basic strategies, and ensure timely communication with leaders and candidates.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in a relevant field with knowledge of employment laws.
• Knowledge of screening and interview techniques.
• Ability to navigate recruitment software and programs.
• Understanding of Title VII, ADEA, ADA, EEO, and related regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for entry-level/high-volume roles.
• Develop basic recruitment strategies to support leaders.
• Communicate with team leaders and peers on workflow.
• Support TA initiatives and process improvements.
• Stay updated on employment laws and policies with hiring leaders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely updates.
• Collaborate with HR to implement recruitment solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
