Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to support a major technology hiring initiative. You will provide full lifecycle recruiting across Software Engineering, Data Science/ML, and Technical Program Management, owning the process from intake to offer and closing.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring leaders, conduct screens, and coordinate offers. This role supports remote hiring across U.S.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have strong experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
• Proven full lifecycle recruiting capability with sourcing and pipeline development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activity and own the full lifecycle recruiting process.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens and manage the interview process to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Support offer development, negotiation, and closing processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data with timely updates.
• Operate independently, manage a portfolio of technical requisitions, and identify recruiting risks.
• Balance hiring velocity with candidate quality and candidate experience.
