Herc Rentals in Kilgore, TX is seeking a ProSales Associate for the Early Career Sales Program. You will rotate through the Black and Gold Academy, gaining structured coaching, account management, and territory planning to prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role.

You'll shadow field sales, visit customer sites, learn branch operations, and build a foundation in the equipment rental industry while pursuing long-term career growth within a Fortune 1000 company.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Interest in a long term sales career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Receive training in selling skills, account management, and territory planning.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field and visit customer sites.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth within territories.
• Learn core branch operations, logistics and customer service functions.
