Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSales Associate for an Early Career Sales Program in North Carolina. The role starts with the Black and Gold Academy, a paid, structured training initiative designed to develop professional selling skills and account management.

You will learn the full portfolio and gain hands-on field experience. Through in-field shadowing and coaching, you will build relationships with customers and support revenue growth while preparing for a Territory Sales Representative role

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or relevant customer facing experience.
• Recent graduates or early career candidates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit customer sites to learn needs and applications.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and supporting revenue growth within territories.
