Qualifications

• Leadership potential across internships, co-ops, part-time jobs, projects or other relevant experiences.
• Comfort working with data and metrics to understand performance and solve problems.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the shift on the warehouse floor with the team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for the team.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Use data to understand performance and identify root causes.
• Coach associates and provide timely feedback.
• Partner with Operations leaders and HR/Safety/Quality/Engineering teams.
• Help onboard and train new associates.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
• Progressively take greater ownership of the operation.
