Eaton is seeking an Early Career Field Service Technician in the United States, Virginia region. The program targets recent technical graduates who will learn on-the-job by supporting installation, testing and maintenance of electrical power distribution equipment.

Expect structured classroom and field training with mentorship and clear growth paths. You will gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned technicians, traveling to sites as required and developing the skills for advanced field

Qualifications

• Associate degree or expected completion within 6 months in electrical/industrial fields.
• Minimum GPA 2.80 or higher.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; able to travel and drive Eaton vehicle.
• Willing to pass background and DOT-related checks where required.
• Hands-on experience with electrical/industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with senior field technicians to support customer projects and service calls.
• Participate in a structured training program combining classroom and hands-on learning.
