Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division in Wisconsin is seeking an Early Career Field Service Technician to begin a hands-on career supporting customers with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.

You will learn to use testing equipment, work alongside experienced technicians, and participate in a structured training program that builds the skills for future growth within Eaton.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field, or expected completion within 6 months.
• Minimum GPA of 2.80 or higher.
• No immigration sponsorship; Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Support customers on-site and remotely during service projects.
• Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment while gaining hands-on experience.
