Job summary

Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division seeks an Early Career Field Service Technician to start a hands-on career in electrical power distribution. You’ll train through a structured program, gain practical experience, and receive mentorship while supporting on-site and remote service work.

The role offers growth opportunities within Eaton and across 32 service branches. The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000, with a competitive total rewards package aligned to skills

Qualifications

• Associate degree or expected completion within the next 6 months.
• Minimum GPA of 2.80 or higher.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, testing, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Learn to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment and support service projects.
• Work with customers on-site and remotely, under mentorship from experienced technicians.
