S&ME Inc. is actively seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution who will drive growth, build client partnerships, and lead high-performing teams across our footprint.

The role emphasizes expanding market presence in E&V, leveraging core services including environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of leadership in related markets, a PE license (preferred), and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.
• PE license and PMP are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with operations to expand existing client relationships.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends and champion innovation.
