Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth of core services in Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients in the electrical transmission & distribution market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
