Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth, lead client engagements, and build high-performing teams across our energy market. This role emphasizes strategy development, market expansion, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with environmental, civil, geotechnical, and testing services.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in leadership within power utilities, a strong network, and a PE license or PMP certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in the electrical transmission & distribution market.
• PE license and/or PMP certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets within the market.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and mentor leaders.
• Champion safety, quality, and client satisfaction while staying ahead of market trends.
