Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the CGS ALS Lab. You will oversee delivery of lab data processing services, ensure adherence to ESI specifications, and provide detailed deficiency notices to attorneys.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Relativity experience, RCA or Analytics certifications, and 8+ years in eDiscovery, plus 5+ years in management. You’ll guide teams and interact with client attorneys and co-counsel in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• Eight years of experience in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, DB loads and analysis.
• Five years of management/supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge and certifications of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar.
• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services in the ALS Lab.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and develop processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for ESI conformance; participate in teleconferences when requested.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specs; provide detailed notices of deficiencies to the attorney.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals on client-site projects, including scheduling, assessments, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
