Safe Harbors Business Travel seeks an E-Commerce & Travel Booking Support Specialist to bridge client needs with internal teams, keeping Concur and Atriis running smoothly. This hands-on role requires documenting processes, training clients, and improving toolsets as platforms evolve.

The candidate will support online booking tools, manage client profiles, validate vendor rates, and travel up to 10% for deployments and user coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certification or hands-on administration with at least one corporate online booking tool (Concur, Atriis, etc.).
• 2+ years in an e-commerce or digital operations role.
• 3+ years in travel agency industry preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across varied audiences.
• Self-directed: test solutions, evaluate results, report outcomes independently.
• Detail-oriented with speed and quality.
• Ability to collaborate across teams; no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain Concur and Atriis, rolling out updates with minimal disruption.
• Serve as frontline technical resource for client inquiries via email and phone.
• Own documentation for online booking tools and related processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Implementation to support client accounts.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to keep e‑commerce services running smoothly.
• Manage client profiles and bulk updates in booking tools.
• Load and validate client-preferred vendor rates.
• Deliver training on platform updates via in-person, webinar, or guides.
• Analyze client usage to identify friction points and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Support rollout of additional booking tools as the platform grows.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
