Safe Harbors Business Travel is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Booking Support Specialist to serve as a hands-on technical resource for Concur and Atriis. You will bridge our corporate clients and internal teams, keeping platforms running smoothly and well-documented as our toolset evolves.

You will own documentation, train clients, analyze usage data, and collaborate with Account Management and Implementation teams to support existing accounts. Travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certification or hands-on admin experience with at least one corporate online booking tool (Concur, Atriis, or similar).
• 2+ years in an e-commerce or digital operations role.
• 3+ years within the travel agency industry preferred.
• Comfortable with core Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Self-directed, testing solutions and reporting outcomes independently.
• Detail-oriented with speed and quality.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Configure, test, and maintain our corporate online booking tools (Concur and Atriis), rolling out updates with minimal disruption.
• Provide front-line technical support for client inquiries via email and phone.
• Own documentation for online booking tools and related processes.
• Partner with Account Management and Implementation teams to support client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to keep e-commerce services running.
• Manage client profiles within our booking tools, including updates.
• Load and validate client-preferred vendor rates.
• Deliver training to clients on platform updates (in person, webinars, or written guides).
• Analyze client usage and performance data to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Support rollout of additional online booking tools as the platform grows.
