Safe Harbors Business Travel is hiring an E-Commerce & Travel Booking Support Specialist to act as a hands-on technical resource for our corporate online booking tools, currently Concur and Atriis. You will bridge clients and internal teams to keep platforms running smoothly, with thorough documentation and ongoing improvements.

The role involves configuring tools, assisting clients, and delivering training; travel up to 10% may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience required.
• Certification or hands-on admin experience with a corporate online booking tool (Concur, Atriis).
• 2+ years in an e-commerce or digital operations role; 3+ years in travel agency industry preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline.

Responsabilités

• Configure, test, and maintain Concur and Atriis with updates and new features.
• Serve as frontline technical resource for client inquiries via email and phone.
• Own documentation for online booking tools and related processes.
• Partner with Account Management and Implementation teams to support clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for e-commerce services.
• Manage client profiles and load vendor rates in booking tools.
• Deliver training on platform updates and best practices (in person, webinar, or guides).
• Analyze usage and performance data to identify friction points and improvements.
• Streamline fulfillment workflows to reduce operational costs.
• Support rollout of additional online booking tools as the platform grows.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
