Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks an Associate Team Leader for E-Commerce to enhance grocery delivery and pickup experiences. Lead safety, quality, and customer service while coaching Team Members and optimizing shift workloads to meet order times.

The ATL will drive process improvements, training, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure smooth operations and an energized team culture across all E-Commerce duties.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail or grocery environment.
• Ability to analyze incidents and trends to propose preventive actions.
• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality, and safety protocols.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback to drive skill development and engagement.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles and meetings to communicate priorities and address challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment and document hazards and corrective actions.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality through audits and trend analysis.
