Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an Associate Team Leader for E-Commerce to guide delivery and pickup operations, coach Team Members, and uphold safety, quality and customer service standards.

You will analyze forecasts, adjust shifts in real time, lead process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows while fostering an energized, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail or food-service environment.
• Ability to onboard/train Team Members on SOPs and safety.
• Experience coaching for performance, accountability and engagement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality, and safety.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback to drive skill development.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential members and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles to communicate priorities and address operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment with proactive hazard identification.
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety protocols through coaching.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance with leadership support.
• Own order accuracy and quality through audits and trend analysis.
• Monitor order times and resolve delays or escalations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Optimize shift operations by forecasting and deployment planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements for productivity.
• Ensure tools/equipment/supplies are available and functional.
• Communicate effectively with team, leadership, and vendors.
• Demonstrate SME proficiency in all E-Commerce duties.
