Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E‑Commerce to enhance grocery delivery and pickup experiences. You will coach and onboard team members, optimize shifts, and lead safety and quality initiatives while partnering across departments to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

You will focus on onboarding, coaching, process improvements, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows to meet order times and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality and safety.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive development and engagement.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential teammates and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles, communicate priorities, and address operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment with proactive hazard identification and documentation.
• Monitor safety protocols and coach on food safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Work with store leadership to uphold safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Own order accuracy by conducting audits and addressing trends and feedback.
• Monitor customer order times and resolve delays or issues.
• Collaborate with departments to improve the customer experience.
• Manage substitutions, OOS items, and special requests.
• Adjust staffing and deployment plans to balance workload and maximize efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements with new approaches.
• Ensure tools and supplies are available and functioning.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and vendors.
• Serve as SME for E-Commerce duties and initiatives.
