Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to expand online product listings and optimize content for better visibility and sales. The role focuses on listing creation, image use, SEO, and data-driven improvements.

You will work closely with the E-Commerce Supervisor, District Sales Manager, and operations team to drive online growth and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong computer skills: Windows 10+ and MS Office.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and SEO basics.
• 2–4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product listings on our ecommerce platform.
• Utilize best practices for titles, descriptions, images, and other content to boost visibility and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to increase online merchandise.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with managers and team members in day-to-day ecommerce operations.
• Meet daily posting quotas and monthly sales targets.
