Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking an E-commerce Associate to manage product listings, process orders, and enhance the online shopping experience. You will coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain high-quality listings with accurate descriptions and images.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer service or retail, strong English communication, and solid computer skills, including Windows 10+ and MS Office. Photoshop experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills; Windows 10+ and MS Office.
• Experience with online selling platforms; Photoshop preferred.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship sold merchandise and manage order fulfillment.
• Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
• Photograph and present merchandise for the online platform.
• Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets set by the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and Operations team.
