Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent computer and technology skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and Photoshop is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address stock shipping, coordinate scheduling, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Administer inventory procedures to track listings and securely store pending items.
• Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
• Select high-value merchandise for sale on the online platform.
• Test items for functionality or authenticity before posting.
• Photograph and present merchandise in a visually appealing and informative manner.
• Provide excellent customer support via email, message, and phone.
• Ensure precision in both written and verbal tasks.
• Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets set by the Supervisor.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager and Operations Manager daily.
