Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the online department, driving sales, optimizing order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role will recruit and develop staff, implement processes, and uphold Kroger's values of respect, integrity, diversity, and safety. You will supervise the order picking, inventory coordination, and delivery coordination, while partnering with store leadership to meet budgets and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and manage inventory and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and control expenses for the department.
