Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking an e-Commerce Operations Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the store's online department to achieve sales objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the online department.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify if goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures.
• Lead planning, implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve or exceed sales and wage budgets and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, substitutions, and delivery processes.
