Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives, goals, and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Lead interview, selection and onboarding of online department staff.
• Coordinate product flow, scheduling, and adherence to guidelines.
• Train associates on functions of order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Drive e-Commerce initiatives and monitor achievement of sales and wage budgets.
