Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of the store's e-Commerce department, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and staffing the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum supervisory experience; strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience with hiring processes and staff development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the quality of online shopping.
• Interview, hire, and train candidates for online shopping roles.
• Create schedules, manage product flow, and monitor performance against budgets.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Drive achievement of weekly/period/annual sales and wage budgets.
