Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department, drive sales, manage staffing, and develop associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in staff hiring processes.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several throughout the day.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral/written communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates toward goals.
• Interview, select and hire candidates.
• Plan schedules based on product flow and guidelines.
• Coach staff to meet productivity standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
