The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of the online shopping department. You will staff and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across all processes.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, scheduling, budget oversight, and guiding e-Commerce initiatives. Strong leadership and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in interviewing and hiring processes is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic store operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety procedures.
• Hire, train and coach associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Plan schedules, monitor budgets, and control expenses.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and respond to competitive landscape.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and appropriate substitutions when needed.
