Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and development of associates in the online shopping department. You will drive sales goals, ensure compliance with laws and safety standards, and lead initiatives to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and experience in hiring, scheduling, and POS systems are essential. This role requires the ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with supervisory experience.
• Experience in selecting and hiring staff for on-line/shopping roles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the on-line shopping department.
• Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify them when goals are met.
• Train associates on all functions of order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead team in planning and executing e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve or exceed sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor and respond to competitive landscape and inventory issues.
