Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Leader to manage day-to-day activities of the store's online department, drive sales, and ensure staffing and associate development to meet objectives.

You will oversee scheduling, product flow, substitutions, and adherence to laws and safety standards while leading initiatives to improve online order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness are met.
• Hire, interview and onboard online shopping staff.
• Manage product flow, scheduling and ordering to meet guidelines and goals.
• Lead the team in planning and implementing e-Commerce initiatives.
• Monitor and control expenses and ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback to management and coordinate with district and division teams.
