Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and staff the online shopping department. You will recruit, train, and coach team members while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervision, and continuous process improvement to meet customer expectations, manage inventory, and coordinate with store leadership to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet targets.
• Ensure e-Commerce operations meet customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Hire and onboard candidates for the online shopping team.
• Schedule product flow and labor according to guidelines.
• Train associates in order selector and customer attendant duties.
