Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking aStore e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the online department.

You will staff the team, schedule product flow, and drive sales while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. You will train associates on all functions, lead initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or GED) is required.
• Any proven supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times daily.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and ability to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the online shopping department; interview, select and hire candidates.
• Create schedules to manage product flow and staffing needs.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures; train staff on order picker and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives from planning to execution.
• Monitor and control department expenses and performance.
