Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the store's e-Commerce department, driving sales and achieving budgets. You will staff teams, develop associates, and uphold Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity and safety.

The role requires supervising order selectors and customer attendants, ensuring compliance with laws and safety procedures, and guiding e-Commerce initiatives to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience hiring and staffing, and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and order-management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with easy shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire and onboard candidates for on-line shopping roles.
• Plan staffing and schedules to meet product flow and guidelines.
• Lead the team on e-Commerce initiatives and drive results.
