Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising associates, optimizing product flow, and leading e-Commerce initiatives to meet weekly and annual targets while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with selection and hiring processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff and develop associates to achieve results.
