Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; proven supervisory experience; experience in selection and hiring process; ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for extended periods; able to stoop/kneel/crouch.
• Desired: Bachelor's Degree; POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-Commerce operations to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
• Interview, hire, and train candidates for online shopping staff.
• Plan schedules, monitor product flow, and optimize substitutions and substitutions when out of stock.
• Lead initiatives, monitor KPIs, and control expenses.
• Provide feedback to management and departments on operational plans.
