Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and associate development to meet sales and budget targets.

You will lead the e-Commerce department, ensure customer satisfaction, manage orders, substitutions, and ensure compliance with food safety and company guidelines while driving initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or better.
• Proven supervisory experience and hiring skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules per guidelines.
• Lead initiatives and drive sales, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and substitutions are appropriate.
• Train staff on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Monitor expenses and perform preventive maintenance on department equipment.
• Provide feedback to management and monitor compliance with laws and food safety.
