Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store Operations leader to manage the day-to-day e-Commerce department, drive sales, and staff the online shopping team. You will develop associates, oversee product flow, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training on order selectors and customer attendants, and leading initiatives to optimize e-Commerce operations while monitoring expenses and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in interviewing, selecting and hiring staff.
• Strong organizational skills demonstrated.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb, up to 50 lb during shifts.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Staff the store's e-Commerce department and meet sales goals.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online staff.
• Plan schedules and manage product flow.
• Develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor budgets.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and substitutions when needed.
• Report inventory issues and discuss with management.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans.
