Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for on-line shopping staffing.
• Schedule according to guidelines and manage product flow.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction.
