Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing management of the store's e-Commerce day-to-day operations.
• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates to meet targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to standards for shopping ease and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the online shopping team.
• Monitor product flow, scheduling and inventory accuracy.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor budget performance.
