Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking an experienced e-Commerce Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities of the online department in our Farragut, TN location.

You will drive staffing, associate development and the achievement of sales budgets while adhering to Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. You will lead initiatives to optimize order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and OPS efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Experience in staffing and interviewing candidates.
• Strong organization and project coordination abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-Commerce store operations to meet sales goals.
• Staff the online department and develop associates.
• Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment and substitutions.
• Coach and evaluate associates; conduct performance reviews.
